Know the process inside out. - Our Director has assessed development applications from the council side and prepared them from the consultant side. That perspective shapes everything we do — from how we structure a report to how we communicate with assessment officers.

Be straightforward and accessible. - Engineering advice should be clear, timely and easy to act on. We keep our clients informed at every stage and explain technical matters in plain language. You will always deal directly with the engineer responsible for your project.
